    Are you looking to get into sales? Work in a fun environment with uncapped commissions? Maybe you are looking for your second part time gig? Parker and Sons has the role for you!

    Parker and Sons is hiring Sales Lead Generators in our retail partner stores. This is entry level and does not require sales experience, just a great, outgoing attitude, with a drive to earn as much as possible.

    Our Sales Lead Generators work in the field at our partner retail locations, greeting & engaging with retail customers face-to-face, while generating interest in scheduling residential air conditioning and/or water treatment maintenance and replacement appointments for our sales department.

    Starting at a base pay of $18.00 with additional uncapped commissions. After commissions, that can put you at anywhere between $25.00-$50.00/hr plus.

    We offer both PT and FT positions, starting at 20 hours per week. One weekend day is required.

    This is not a remote or call center position.

    What Will I Do?

    Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company's products and servicesWalk throughout the stores, engaging customers in conversations about their home service needsExplain features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needsSchedule an appointment for one of our sales consultants to visit the customers home to provide an estimate for product and servicesBuild rapport and relationships with the store's leadership teamAttend required monthly meetings and trainingsRepresent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically

    Do I have What it Takes?

    Prior experience working in retail is highly desired but not required.Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4-8 hours at a time.Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.A+ communication and customer service skillsMust have reliable transportation.Must have the ability to use smart-phone utilizing email and textNo HVAC or water treatment experience requiredWilling to undergo background check.

Our Warehouse Inventory Auditor is responsible for monitoring in-stock inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly balanced between system and location counts. Duties also include miscellaneous stores/stockroom activities including but not limited to housekeeping, processing of material receipts, transfers, and issues. Establishes and maintains backup sources of inventory across multiple storage locations. Provide inventory reports (i.e., Packing lists, Purchase Order discrepancies) to the Purchasing and Inventory Control Managers. Develops and maintains good working relationships with vendors, delivery personnel, and coworkers (up, down, and across the organization). Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and transfers made. Maintains the organization and storage of the unassigned fleet vehicles on the property. Cleaning, stocking, and prepping of unassigned fleet vehicles for Business Units. Utilizes and becomes proficient using inventory system data in Service Titan. Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory. Assists with periodic physical inventory audits. Operates forklift truck when necessary. Performs other related duties as requested. Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills. Basic understanding of inventory control procedures. Proficient keyboarding skills. Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision. Ability to develop professional relationships with upper management, technicians, and coworkers. Ability to develop procedures and implement policy changes frequently. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Excellent driving record. A high degree of attendance and time management required. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with Service Titan a plus. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 (high usage of Excel and SharePoint programs) Forklift operator certification a plus. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and walking. Working in the elements daily. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
