Position Summary Job Purpose Statement Operates a variety of production equipment, assembles various components into completed or partially completed products or assemblies. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Support and adhere to Parker's Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures and observe housekeeping guidelines. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Essential Job Functions: * Follows established safety and environmental policies, procedures, and methods applicable to the work area. * Perform assigned duties in conformance with established production standards and following established work instruction * Assembles product, following specifications, work instruction or blueprints. * Use of hand tools safely and effectively (press, torque wrenches, drills, etc.) * Assists in testing completed product. * Responsible for maintaining quality of work utilizing judgement, measuring devices and gauges * Participate in problem solving, continuous improvement, and customer complaint resolution efforts. * Participate in daily area clean up and more significant facility clean-up efforts as assigned. * Accept reassignment to other departments as workload dictates. * Required to provide continue training to all employees and performs other duties as necessary. Job Type: Full - Time Shift/Pay Rate: 17.50 hourly, Weekly pay. You are expected to work two Mandatory Saturdays out of each month; every other Saturday. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required: one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
