    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects from start to finish, with the ability to accurately schedule project timelines, read plans/blueprints, and communicate effectively with subcontractors.

    Responsibilities will include:

    Developing and managing comprehensive project plansCoordinating with vendors, contractors, and subcontractorsEnsuring that projects are completed on time and within budgetManaging budgets, schedules, and project timelinesAnalyzing and resolving project issuesCommunicating with clients and stakeholdersReading and interpreting construction plans and blueprintsUtilizing construction project management software (e.g., Contractor Foreman)

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of experience in construction project managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Contractor Foreman)Ability to accurately schedule and manage project timelinesMust have a valid driver’s license (Company vehicle may be provided if necessary)

    Job Overview
    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the efficient management of our shop. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and carpentry, with hands-on experience in various trades. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all projects.

    Duties

    Supervise daily shop operations, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within specifications.Coordinate and manage a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support as needed.Oversee construction estimating, ensuring accurate assessments for project planning.Manage inventory of tools and materials, ensuring availability for ongoing projects.Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Facilitate training sessions for staff on new techniques, tools, and safety protocols.Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project progress and any changes to timelines or specifications.Ensure proper maintenance of all tools and equipment used in the shop.Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in construction management or a related field.Strong skills in various carpentry techniques including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation.Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, and concrete forming.Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.Experience with roofing, siding, plastering, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, stucco application, plumbing, electrical work, metal stud framing, CNC operations, assembly processes, mold remediation, water damage restoration, and heavy lifting is highly desirable.Previous experience working on construction sites is essential; restoration industry experience is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients alike.
