Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide OMS-level administrative and operational support to the PM Office of Security Assistance (SNA) Office Director and staff; manage scheduling, appointments, and coordination of meetings and engagements.Prepare and process travel authorizations and vouchers; obtain visas, passports, and other documentation required for official travel.Support preparation and tracking of administrative correspondence, reports, and briefing materials.Maintain office records and documentation in accordance with applicable FAM.Assist with personnel onboarding, security clearance processing, and building access as required.Assist with requesting and coordinating issuance and installation of information technology equipment as needed.Carry out other administrative and special project assignments as directed.

Schedule and Flexibility: Performance will include 1920 hours of services for each position per performance period (average of 40 hours each week x 52 weeks – 10 U.S. federally observed holidays).
The Contractor shall perform the stated services for eight hours per day between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Government holidays.
Contractors may be required to work alternate eight-hour shifts as specified elsewhere in this contract.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Washes, peels, scrapes and cuts vegetables and fruits.Prepares simple salads and toast.Cuts butter and slices cakes and pies.Makes coffee, tea and other beverages.Dishes out portions of food on trays or plates, and pours beverages.Prepares dining and serving areas by setting up counters, stands, and tables.Places food containers in serving area, fills salt and pepper shakers and place linen and silverware on tables.Scrapes, washes and sorts dishes, glassware and silverware. Cleans kitchen equipment, pots and pans, counters and tables.Sweeps and mops floors.Will be assigned duties with selected detainees.Under direction will measure, stir, cut, grind, chop, and season ingredients according to recipes.Delivers food carts to detention areas and return carts to kitchen.Prepares and maintains proper levels of box lunches.Draws required cooking utensils from kitchen storage areas.Loads and unloads delivery trucks as necessary.Work is completed in a priority established by supervision or facility need.All work will be completed with a high degree of professionalism, quality and craftsmanship.Lulls in workload are used to maintain a clean and orderly work area and to insure clerical tasks are up to date. Keeps up to date on departmental and facility safety standards and local codes and policies.Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications
