We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Multimedia Content Creator to join our team. The selected resource will be responsible for imagining, creating, and managing original and meaningful content — both written and audiovisual — aligned with Para la Naturaleza’s voice and capable of deeply connecting with diverse audiences across multiple platforms. This role is key to strengthening the organization’s public presence by crafting narratives that inspire, educate, and call to action from a place of respect and responsibility toward people and nature.
Key Responsibilities
Write articles, blog posts, scripts, and advertising content tailored to the target audience and distribution channel.
Conduct research on relevant topics of interest to the target audience and aligned with PLN’s mission and strategic plan.
Optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to ensure content is structured and designed for better search engine indexing and ranking, increasing visibility.
Support the conceptualization, recording, and editing of videos (for social media and online video platforms).
Design info graphics and other graphic materials to complement written content.
Develop scripts and storyboards to ensure a coherent and engaging narrative for each audiovisual project.
Plan and execute content campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
Collaborate with other departments or units to create content that supports various business initiatives.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and all that it entails.
Monitor metrics and content performance across platforms.
Adjust strategies based on results to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
Adapt content to best practices specific to each platform.
Keep up to date with market trends and new content production tools.
Propose and experiment with new ways to create engaging and relevant content for the audience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Audiovisual Production, or a related field from an accredited college or university. Additional training in SEO, digital marketing, transmedia storytelling, or multimedia production is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience creating written and audiovisual content.
Proven experience in script writing, video production and editing, as well as in developing graphic pieces (infographics, social media posts, educational content).
Prior involvement in digital communication strategies and online community management.
Advanced proficiency in video editing and design tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator, among others).
Knowledge of SEO for both text and video content, and use of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Familiarity with content management and publishing platforms (WordPress, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Creative, clear, and persuasive writing, with sensitivity to context and diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work on deadline without sacrificing creativity.
Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (design, education, marketing, programming).
Innovative thinking and openness to exploring new storytelling formats.
Proactive mindset and continuous curiosity about trends, tools, and formats.
Active listening, adaptability, and empathy for the realities of the communities and audiences we serve.
Conscious management of multiple projects while maintaining focus and depth.
Excellent interpersonal skills.

This is a key role within the organization, providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective execution of executive responsibilities.
Position Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant will manage the President’s calendar, coordinate travel and meetings, prepare documents, track projects, and handle sensitive communications. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, professional, and discreet, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role also oversees the Special Visits and Courier Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President
Manage and coordinate executive calendars and travel arrangements
Schedule and organize internal and external meetings and events
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and draft communications and reports
Monitor and track special projects and deadlines
Supervise administrative support staff
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information
Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Executive Office
Collaborate across departments to support organizational initiatives
Assist in field operations as needed, including work in open or mountainous areas
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Humanities, or a related field from an accredited college or university
3–4 years of experience in a similar executive administrative role
At least 1 year of supervision experience
Proven experience managing executive-level calendars and logistics
Skilled in meeting coordination, materials preparation, and minute-taking
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, internet research tools, and preferably Mac OS
Fully bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and to travel within and outside Puerto Rico as needed
