**THIS COMPANY PAYS ON A WEEKLY BASIS, WEEKLY PAYCHECKS!
**ANY OVERTIME IS 1 1/2 TIMES HOURLY BASE SALARY!
**SALARY: $35 to $39 PLUS OVERTIME (1 1/2 Times Base Hourly Salary)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Evening Shift Supervisor to oversee production operations within a growing international manufacturing company! This role is essential in ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will possess Plastic Injection Molding experience, strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing procedures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing production personnel, maintaining safety standards and insuring production to meet quality and productivity goals.
Duties
Supervise manufacturing activities on the evening shift, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.Coordinate and manage assembly line, plastic injection molding techniciansMonitor production progress, interpret manufacturing documents, and ensure timely completion of tasks.Lead and manage production teams, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.Required:
Plastic Injection Molding experience required (either recently or in the past sometime)Experience with starting and stopping Plastic Injection Molding machinesExperience with the Process side of Plastic Injection MoldingExperience Supervising up to 12 personnel at once in a manufacturing environment.Minimum of a High School Degree or GED.Prior experience managing production or assembly teams within a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and experience implementing safety protocols.Experience with managing line personnel in a plastic injection molding environment.Strong mechanical knowledge tied with interpreting technical documentation.

-Base salary is $190,000 to $210,000 annually with significant potential annual increases, based on your performance. ALSO AN ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS, BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE.

-You manage a staff of four Human Resource professionals in this role (they handle payroll, benefits, orientations etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:
-Either reside near Jacksonville, FL OR BE OPEN TO RELOCATION there, RELOCATION FUNDING IS PROVIDED- The company issues a lump-sum check for any and all relocation expenses you would incur.
-This client is requiring a minimum of a 2-year college or technical school degree. A 4-year college degree is preferred but this client absolutely will consider those with 2-year college or technical school degrees.
-Either hands-on experience with, or being familiar with ADP Payroll at some point in your career history (management of someone using it is acceptable).
-A minimum of 3 years Human Resources Management experience, as either an HR Manager or HR Director, or HR Supervisor is required.
-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Have experience working with external recruiters
-Have experience with annual employee evaluations, for HR personnel
-Have experience (recently or in the past) with recruiting, benefits, employee evaluations, orientations
-Have experience with monthly or weekly meetings with upper management to provide updates and info. on activities involving HR
-Have knowledge of payroll-hourly and salaried personnel
-Have a team-focused work ethic & management style
