Excellent Base Salary- $210,000 to $230,000 (negotiable based on experience) + Performance Bonus!

REQUIREMENTS:
-A Minimum of a four year college degree is required by the hiring company.
-A minimum of 4 years Human Resources management\supervisory experience is required by the hiring company.
-This organization will accept candidates with experience in any of these environments: Either Corporate, Distribution, Manufacturing, Consumer Products
-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Have experience with annual employee evaluations (for HR personnel)
-Have experience (recently or in the past) with recruiting, benefits, employee evaluations, orientations\training
-Have knowledge of payroll, hourly and salaried (recent or in the past)
-Experience or knowledge of ADP (either recently or in the past)
-Experience working with external recruiters is required
-Experience with developing HR policies, throughout an organization
-Experience in providing group-company presentations & updates to management (recent or in the past)
-Have a team-focused work ethic & management style
-Have excellent people skills

REQUIREMENTS:
-Either reside near Jacksonville, FL OR BE OPEN TO RELOCATION there, RELOCATION FUNDING IS PROVIDED- The company issues a lump-sum check for any and all relocation expenses you would incur.
-This client is requiring a minimum of a 2-year college or technical school degree. A 4-year college degree is preferred but this client absolutely will consider those with 2-year college or technical school degrees.
-Either hands-on experience with, or being familiar with ADP Payroll at some point in your career history (management of someone using it is acceptable).
-A minimum of 3 years Human Resources Management experience, as either an HR Manager or HR Director, or HR Supervisor is required.
-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Have experience working with external recruiters
-Have experience with annual employee evaluations, for HR personnel
-Have experience (recently or in the past) with recruiting, benefits, employee evaluations, orientations
-Have experience with monthly or weekly meetings with upper management to provide updates and info. on activities involving HR
-Have knowledge of payroll-hourly and salaried personnel
-Have a team-focused work ethic & management style
