WHAT YOU'LL DO:
In the Parts Sales Counterperson I role, you will be the go-to parts expert for customers looking to maintain and repair their equipment. Whether it's face-to-face at the counter or over the phone, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers get the right parts when they need them most.
Your day-to-day will involve actively engaging with customers to identify their needs and providing recommendations. You will use a combination of product literature, specialized software systems, and your own growing knowledge of parts and equipment to offer timely and accurate solutions. Your ability to translate technical details into actionable parts support will set you apart and create lasting relationships with the clients we serve.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience. Basic knowledge of parts inventory. Self-motivation and assertive drive. Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services. Above-average organizational skills. Forklift experience is preferred but we will train the right person!Compensation: $21-27/hr (Depending on Experience)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Field Technician, you'll be the trusted expert keeping our customers' material handling equipment running at peak performance. You'll travel throughout your assigned area of region, performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance right at customer locations. Your day-to-day work ensures maximum uptime for essential equipment and peace of mind for the people who rely on it.
Each day, you'll work on all makes and models of material handling equipment, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of systems including electric forklift systems, LPG and diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, carburetors, electrical and air systems, final drives, clutches, and more. Occasionally, you may assist with repairs in the shop as well. Your responsibilities will also include accurately troubleshooting equipment issues, communicating clearly with customers, and ensuring high-quality service is delivered on every visit. You'll also work with the Parts Department to identify, order, and return parts as needed to complete each job efficiently and effectively.

As our Shop Technician, you will work on all makes and models of material handling and construction equipment in the shop ensuring repairs are done accurately and timely. All your hard work is geared toward supporting our customers and maximizing their uptime.
Each day, you will inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or failures, followed by executing necessary repairs or component replacements. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Shop Technician, you will work on material handling equipment in the shop ensuring equipment repairs are done accurately and timely, all in an effort to support our customers and maximize their uptime. Every day, picture yourself working alongside other trained Technicians in a shop that has all the support and resources you need to perform top-notch work on equipment.
WHAT YOU NEED:
3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in the material handling industry. Basic computer knowledge. Self-motivation and Must provide own tools.Compensation: $25-32/hr (Depending on Experience)
