WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Rental Territory Manager, you will be in a lucrative sales career where your earning potential and success are unlimited! You will report to and assist the Regional Rental Manager with all requested tasks and duties, and your primary focus will be to actively promote the short-term rental fleet to customers in your assigned territory. This will involve frequent collaboration with the Regional Rental Manager to coordinate rental opportunities and ensure the timely submission of all required documentation.
Every day, you will be expected to spend a minimum of 80% of your time calling on customers, either independently or with the Territory Managers, and reviewing and processing all incoming rental leads within 24 hours of receipt. Furthermore, you will focus on building relationships with re-rental partners and other companies to increase department revenue through re-rentals, monitoring fleet usage to identify under-utilized units, and monitoring time and territory management to achieve the stated rental department goals.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the heavy equipment industry. Knowledge and experience of heavy equipment preferred. John Deere knowledge and experience is a plus. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Shop Technician, you will work on construction and forestry equipment in the shop ensuring equipment repairs are done accurately and timely, all in an effort to support our customers and maximize their uptime. Every day, picture yourself working alongside other trained Technicians in a shop that has all the support and resources you need to perform top-notch work on equipment.
WHAT YOU NEED:
3 or more years of experience in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of new and used heavy equipment. A team-oriented personality, with the focus and drive to work without direct supervision. The discipline and skill to complete a technical diagnostic and repair training program. Must provide own tools.Compensation: $33-44.97/hr (Depending on Experience)
