WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Journeyman Truck Technician / Mechanic, you will work on medium and heavy-duty class 7 & 8 trucks in the shop ensuring repairs are done accurately and timely. All your hard work is geared toward supporting our customers and maximizing their uptime. When a truck is sidelined, you will be a member trusted to get it back in service quickly and correctly the first time, while also serving as a leader others can look to for guidance and expertise.
This role demands both technical expertise and the ability to think critically under pressure. You will be responsible for analyzing and diagnosing complex truck malfunctions or system failures, then determining the best course of action to return the truck to peak performance. That may mean repairing or rebuilding cabs, steering systems, engines, transmissions, axles, differentials, brakes, clutches, electrical systems, or air systems.
Beyond repair work, you will also be expected to maintain and service trucks to ensure reliability, minimize downtime, and extend the life of each vehicle. The role requires not just hands-on mechanical ability but also sound judgment, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver work that meets the highest standards of safety and quality.

Compensation: $35.35-39.90/hr (Depending on Experience)

As the Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision and management of all shop processes, financials, technician development, and customer satisfaction. Every day you will ensure that the service staff manages the work order process in a manner that produces consistency, efficiency, and maximizes customer communication. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Advanced Truck Technician / Mechanic, you’ll be a leader in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium and heavy Class 7 & 8 trucks. You will be required to have a deep mechanical understanding, sound judgment, and the ability to lead by example while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism in every task.
Your daily focus will be ensuring that every truck repair is completed with precision, efficiency, and lasting quality, while also serving as a mentor and technical resource for other technicians in the shop. Each day you will analyze complex mechanical and electronic malfunctions, determine the best repair strategy, and execute repairs or rebuilds on major systems including engines, transmissions, axles, steering, brakes, clutches, electrical systems, and air systems. You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers by maximizing uptime and getting trucks back on the road quickly, safely, and correctly the first time.

Compensation: $41.91-46.45/hr (Depending on Experience)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision and management of all shop processes, financials, technician development, and customer satisfaction. Every day you will ensure that the service staff manages the work order process in a manner that produces consistency, efficiency, and maximizes customer communication. To thrive in this role, you must be a great leader, results-driven, and have a desire to create a great experience for our customers.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Prior experience and knowledge of medium and heavy-duty trucks.Prior operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures.Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.Leadership skills and mindset.Ability to maintain good customer and employee relations.Compensation: $60,000-$80,000/yr (Depending on Experience)
