    Job Summary:

    The Production Scheduler/Planner is responsible for maintaining and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. This role coordinates with various departments including procurement, production, engineering, and Project Management to meet customer demands, minimize downtime, and optimize resource utilization.

    Job Duties:

    · Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand, equipment availability, or staffing.

    Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components and highlight any shortages.Work with Materials management to ensure project kits are available and complete at each stage of the process.Working closely with production supervisors and team-leads to communicate schedules and resolve conflicts.With support of operations, develop and maintain detailed production project plans, and measure and report performance to plan.Report out to Leadership on any variations to production plans, log all downtime, and work with production leadership on resolution of variations.Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.Inform Project management of any delays or concerns on their projects.Weekly summary report of completed, delayed, missed or rescheduled work orders, and reasons for deviations.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling, planning, and overall production efficiency.Maintain all schedule adherence reports, develop new reports and metrics as identified and required by manager.

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Job Summary:

    Panelmatic is looking for the right candidate to fit into our dynamic team. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. As part of our team, you oversee and document the receiving of packages, parcels, and supplies, store items in the appropriate areas, and prepare items for shipping. This is a position that requires a highly organized personality. You must pay close attention to small details while managing the logistics of a high volume of items entering and leaving the facility.

    Job Duties:

    · Ensure accuracy of all shipping documents, gather, and maintain all data relative to shipping activities

    · Collect all documentation for outboard freight and route to the proper record keeping system and data base

    · Keep digital records including images, packing lists, BOL, POD

    · Schedule inbound freight

    · Contact carrier representatives about issues, instructions for loading or unloading products

    · Match all inbound and outbound BOL, Sales Orders, and Pos

    · Ensure all inbound and outbound freight is properly received in the system, stored, loaded, in a timely manner

    · Maintain shipping supplies

    · Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in accordance with company safety guidelines

    · Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment

    · Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization

    · Loading crated panels via forklift

    · Other duties as assigned by management

    Requirements

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Job Summary:

    Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site support, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting with installations of electrical systems and equipment.

    Job Duties:

    Panelmatic is looking for an accountable Project Engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines related to projects. The Project Engineer will schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

    Job Summary:

    Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Fabrication Welder. The Fabrication Welder produces a variety of sheet metal parts, which meet dimensional requirements. Set up and align parts per shop prints in preparation for welding and perform welding operations, and final fabrication assembly. Working either individually, or as part of a small team to produce metal buildings and enclosures.

    Job Duties:

    Reference shop prints to determine where each weld is to be performed and meet the size and length requirements of each weld specified MIG welds mild and stainless steel Create basic fittings Adjust the machine to maintain proper welds Removes material using grinding process Reads drawings and inspect parts for basic dimensions Performs basic layouts (positioning and alignment) Inspects parts against complex engineered drawings Spray transfers MIG weld Examines weld bead for acceptable attributes Performs cope and fit Maintains overall dimensions, square, and plum during the welding process as neededFinish grind, surface finishing based on departmental requirements Repairs improper welds Tack welds Stud welds Square parts Torch cutting
