Inside Sales personnel play a vital role in maintaining and developing critical customer relationships. They are often the first line of contact with our customers; and the impressions that are formed, can determine future business for the company. Friendly, professional and timely customer service, by our inside sales group, is essential for future growth. The successful candidate will be part of a Team of experienced and knowledgeable colleagues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Enter orders from the phone, email or customer web portalsCreate accurate quotations and sales orders based on published discounts and price lists.Utilize QuickBooks for order and quotation processingPlace purchase orders and/or service items to suppliers and manufacturers. Foster positive working relationships with customer service reps with the manufacturers we represent.Determine customer delivery requirements and confirm availabilityWork with and support other inside sales team membersWork with and support outside salesmenResolve customer concerns regarding product problems or deliveryAssist with pulling items for shipmentsQualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent preferredExperience with QuickBooks, Word, Excel and Outlook preferred3-5 years related experience and/or trainingDetail orientedPositive attitude and ability to work with others productivelyKnowledge of industrial pumps and pump parts a huge plusBenefits may include:
