We are looking for an experienced full-mechanical Estimator who is well-versed with laboratories, pharmaceutical, and bio-tech projects. The Estimator is a key contributor in driving company revenue through accurate estimating and project procurement. You will be an integral member of the Preconstruction team to accurately establish material and labor cost estimation of potential projects, working closely with team members to establish bid proposals, and team with project management once a job is awarded to review bid recaps and assist with additional job costs as needed through all phases of construction.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience performing HVAC, plumbing, and process piping system take-offs on a variety of industry buildings including: Healthcare, High-Rises, Stadiums, Laboratories and Pharmaceuticals, Education Facilities, Airports and Transportation, and Hospitality; HCAI experience is strongly desiredAbility to prepare Design-Build, Design-Assist, and Plans & Specs estimates and conceptual budgetsProven success managing preconstruction for wide range of relevant projects, managing teams, and leading by exampleProficient in a variety of estimating software and on-screen programs, Trimble AutoBid is preferredThorough understanding of and ability to read P&IDs and PFDsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and WordAbility to work autonomously and prioritize tasks while meeting tight deadlinesAbility to assess and engage team members, develop other leaders, and proven record of meeting performance and financial objectivesStrong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills to assist in value engineering ideasMust be a team player and believe in our company core values of Family, Loyalty, and Respect

We are looking for experienced HVAC & Plumbing Project Managers to lead the end-to-end execution of complex commercial construction projects. As a key member of our Operations team, you will drive planning, coordination, field execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a leadership role for someone who excels at managing risk, people, schedules, and budgets while keeping strong relationships in the field and with clients.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience with expertise in HVAC and or Plumbing systems on projects ranging in size from $2million to $100+million
· Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
· Advanced knowledge of Mechanical Systems, Products, and Equipment including, Hydronic & Refrigerant Systems, Air Systems and Finish, Hangers & Seismic
· Advanced knowledge of Plumbing Systems including: Gravity System, Pressure systems, Med Gas & Lab Gas systems, Plumbing finish/ ADA
· Proven understanding of Project Maintenance and Startup Standard Operating Procedures, and Project Schedules (sequencing of work, crew flow, etc.)
· Proven ability of running multiple profitable projects without oversite.
· Verifiable understanding of Project Maintenance and Startup Standard Operating Procedures, and Project Schedules (sequencing of work, crew flow, etc.)
· Proven ability of running multiple complex and profitable projects with minimal oversite
· Comfortable interacting with all levels of professionals, both inside and outside the organization
· Proficient in technical applications and software tools, including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Bluebeam

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the capabilities of mentoring others
· Must be physically agile and able to climb ladders, access, and egress trenches and/or attic spaces and/or confined spaces
