As a Pest Specialist you will provide pest control for residential homes and commercial establishments by identifying potential pest problems, conducting inspections, while designing and implementing control strategies to resolve all of a customer's pest control needs.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Being prompt to scheduled appointments.Inspect the property, determine problem, and implement the most effective solution.Identify different species of roaches, rodents, ants, and other household pestsOperate and maintain spraying equipment, bait gun, power fogger and other equipment for applying pesticidesMaintain knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations governing pesticide application.Document/Record all information by filling out all company inspection forms, in accordance with Company procedures.Effectively communicate with customers and office staff.Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable in order to prevent future pest infestationsParticipate in routine maintenance of Company vehicle and equipment.Practice workplace safety procedures as outlined in the Company's Safety Manual.Operate company vehicle in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life.Clean vehicles as scheduled and/or required.Dress Professionally. Maintain company uniforms in neat and professional manner. Establish KPIs and hold team members accountable for results.Analyze sales reports and identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.Implement action plans to improve individual and team performance.Conduct performance evaluations and assist with hiring, onboarding, and development.Customer Experience

Maintain CRM (PestPac) accuracy and ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.Develop and improve sales processes, scripts, and workflows.Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Examine Reports in PowerBI to understand trends, blind spots and knowledge gapsQualifications
Required
3–5 years of sales leadership experience in an inside sales/call center environment.Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.Experience coaching and mentoring sales teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.Experience managing remotely as well as multisite visibilityProficiency with CRMsMust pass a criminal background check and drug testPreferred
