    Palmdale Oil has an immediate opening for a Nighttime CDL Class B Driver with X Endorsement (Haz-Mat & Tanker) at our Orlando location. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a solid background in driving and a desire to work for a fast-paced, corporate organization. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves" attitude.

    Job description for this position:

    Operates a Tankwagon truck as directed that transports between the facility and multiple destinations.Prepares, receives, and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery and/or pick-up of fuels to ensure timely service.Makes deliveries of fuel and diesel in accordance with customer needs and company policies.Maintains telephone contact with home terminal/dispatch center to receive delivery instructions or notices of changes in route or schedule to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.Responsible for daily inspection of vehicle (pre-post trip), ensuring proper function of all safety related features of the vehicle at all times, including refueling as needed.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Customer Service & Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer support while maintaining accurate records and processing customer orders. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    MARINE OPERATIONS SUPPORT

    Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.Process customer orders and verify order details for accuracy.Assist customers with questions, concerns, and requests related to products, services, and order status.Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support departmental operations.


    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with customers, and internal teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work independently and exercise good judgmentDetail-oriented and deadline-driven
