The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will work in the Cardiovascular ICU at a very high acuity facility, full time, 40 hours per week, 1213-hour shifts from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a rotating basis.
Procedures include but not limited to: Chest/Blake tube and epicardial wire removal, IABP removal, bronchoscopy, Swan and NDT placement, central and arterial line placement (including large-bore and VAD access), and rewiring of central vascular access.
Must be a BC Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. ** Provider must have CVSICU experience, line placement competency proof and experience with transplant, VAD, ECMO, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
