    We are a fast-paced, client-focused personal injury law firm committed to delivering exceptional results for injured individuals across Washington State. As our litigation docket continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and assertive Litigation Attorney with strong courtroom experience and a proven track record of driving cases toward meaningful resolution.

    Position Overview:
    The Personal Injury Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing a heavy litigation caseload from filing through trial or settlement. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff-side personal injury, and is comfortable handling cases independently while collaborating with our litigation team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Manage a full docket of litigated personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, dog bites, and wrongful death matters.

    · Develop case strategy, evaluate liability, identify legal issues, and assess damages.

    · Draft, file, and argue motions; prepare responsive pleadings; and handle all aspects of written and oral advocacy.

    · Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.

    · Prepare clients, experts, and witnesses for deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial.

    · Attend and argue motions, hearings, arbitrations, and other court appearances throughout Washington State.

    · Engage in meaningful settlement negotiations with defense counsel and insurance carriers.

    · Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, medical experts, and co-counsel to drive optimal outcomes.

    · Maintain organized case files, meet all litigation deadlines, and ensure accurate case tracking.

    Required Qualifications:

    · J.D. from an accredited law school.

    · Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA).

    · 3–5+ years of litigation experience, preferably focused on personal injury or civil torts.

    · Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy skills.

    · Ability to handle cases independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

    · Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

    · Strong professional presence, client communication skills, and attention to detail.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · Experience running arbitrations and preparing for jury trials.

    · Prior plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.

    · Familiarity with Washington’s civil rules, evidence rules, and local court practices.

    · Proficiency in case management systems (Filevine, Litify, Needles, etc.).
