Services accounts, manage relationships regarding pricing, product warranty claims, receivables, etc.
Qualifications:
Must be able to travel frequently (40-50%) including some overnight travel as needed.
Demonstrated skills and attributes include initiative, problem solving, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills (written, presentation and verbal)
Must be proficient in Microsoft 365, and CRM
Ability to function independently
Must have a recent model automobile, valid driver's license, insurance and mobile phone
Education and/or Experience:
BA/BS degree preferred in business, sales/marketing or related field
Must have 2-3 years of previous sales experience

Overview
Assist Shift Supervisor with managing assigned shift, focusing on key areas of safety, quality, production, and communication. Provide real-time floor oversight, ensure compliance with standards, gather data on performance and issues, and escalate to supervisors for strategic decisions in a high-volume paper bag manufacturing environment. Split floor coverage with the other Lead to monitor machines, drive team development, and minimize losses due to articulable constraints.
