Landscape Crew Leader – Maintenance
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Landscape Crew Leader – Maintenance to lead landscape maintenance crews on commercial properties. This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring quality service, maintaining safety standards, and supporting crew productivity. The Crew Leader works alongside the team performing landscape maintenance tasks while providing direction, training, and communication in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, fertilizing, and general clean-up Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards Operate hand tools, power equipment, and company vehicles safely and properly Train and guide crew members on proper landscape maintenance techniques and safety procedures Conduct daily jobsite preparation, equipment checks, and vehicle organization Monitor job quality and communicate any customer concerns, property issues, or equipment problems to management Assist with scheduling priorities and ensuring crews stay productive throughout the day Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments across commercial and public sites Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials as needed Ensure all required PPE is worn and safety protocols are followed at all times Complete basic field documentation, timekeeping, or reports as requiredRequired:
Prior landscape maintenance experience Experience leading or supervising a crew preferred Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred Ability to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work daily Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong communication and leadership skillsPreferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful Experience operating commercial landscape equipment and tools Knowledge of irrigation troubleshooting and basic landscape care practices Flexible availability for various schedules, including occasional weekendsWork Environment

Landscape Renovations Crew Member
We are seeking a dependable Landscape Renovations Crew Member to support installation and improvement projects across commercial properties. This role focuses on transforming outdoor spaces through landscape construction, planting, and hardscape installation. No experience required — training will be provided.
Position Responsibilities:

Position Summary
The Landscape Renovations Crew Leader is responsible for leading a crew in the installation, renovation, and enhancement of commercial landscape projects. This role oversees daily job site activities, ensures quality workmanship, promotes a safe work environment, and helps complete projects on time and within budget. The Crew Leader serves as the primary point of communication between the crew and management while working alongside team members in the field.
Position Responsibilities
Lead and supervise landscape renovation crews on commercial installation projects.Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.Perform and oversee site preparation, demolition, grading, planting, irrigation installation, and landscape improvements.Install and supervise installation of trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, irrigation systems, and other landscape materials.Lead hardscape installations including pavers, walkways, retaining walls, edging, and related features.Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and care of company vehicles, tools, and equipment.Read and interpret basic project plans, layouts, and work orders.Monitor project quality and ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.Train, mentor, and support crew members in proper installation techniques and safety procedures.Track labor, materials, and equipment usage as required.Communicate project progress, concerns, and site conditions to Supervisors and Project Managers.Enforce company safety policies and immediately address unsafe conditions or behaviors.Conduct daily safety discussions and ensure all crew members utilize required PPE.Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment to job sites.Maintain organized, clean, and professional job sites.Required:
