About the Role
The Administrative Assistant provides essential day-to-day support to the General Manager and operations leadership team at one of our 23 US warehouse facilities. This role is the operational backbone of the facility office — keeping schedules, records, shipment documentation, reporting, and internal communications running smoothly so that leadership can stay focused on the floor.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operations & Shipping Administration
Process outbound orders accurately in the warehouse management system (WMS).Enter inbound receiving records to ensure inventory accuracy in a timely manner.Assist with scheduling outbound and inbound shipments in accordance with freight policy and operational priorities.Maintain an organized filing system — digital and physical — for all inbound and outbound shipments.Monitor and report backlog status to operations and procurement teams.Manage email accounts and correspondence related to the order and shipping process.Produce weekly and monthly operational data reports and distribute to the appropriate teams.General Office & Facility Administration
