    The Shipping Coordinator provides essential day-to-day support to the General Manager and Operations Leadership team.     Essential Duties & Responsibilities


    Operations & Shipping Administration

    Process outbound orders accurately in the warehouse management system (WMS).Enter inbound receiving records to ensure inventory accuracy in a timely manner.Assist with scheduling outbound and inbound shipments in accordance with freight policy and operational priorities.Maintain an organized filing system — digital and physical — for all inbound and outbound shipments.Monitor and report backlog status to operations and procurement teams.Manage email accounts and correspondence related to the order and shipping process.Produce weekly and monthly operational data reports and distribute to the appropriate teams.


    General Office & Facility Administration

    Support the Operations leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, and correspondence.Prepare, compile, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly KPI and performance reports.Manage office supply inventory and coordinate facility-level purchasing and purchase orders.Assist in tracking budget expenditures and preparing expense reports.


    Workforce & HR Administration

    Maintain employee files and ensure HR documents are current and compliant.Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires — paperwork, orientation scheduling, badge access, and uniform orders.Assist with applicant screening and interview scheduling as needed.


    Job Requirements & Qualifications

    2–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with WMS systems a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Efficient time management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexibility to work overtime as required.


    Preferred Qualifications
