Your Role
Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using evidence-based approaches Maintain a manageable caseload with strong administrative support Complete documentation in a timely, organized manner Participate in case consultations and professional development Deliver care in-person and via telehealthWhat We’re Looking For
Active New Jersey licensure: LPC, LCSW Certification in a type of trauma-focused therapy (i.e., CCTP, IFS, EMDR, somatic) is a plus Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical practice Ability to build rapport with diverse populations Comfort working independently while being part of a collaborative team Passion and experience in trauma-focused treatmentWhat We Offer
