What You’ll Do as a General Manager:
Build an Outstanding Culture: Create an environment where crew members feel engaged, supported and valued- and every guest experience mattersLead a High-Performing Team: Hire, train, and develop top-performing managers and crew.Drive Restaurant Success: Drive sales, lead daily operations, to ensure consistent performance and profitability.Strengthen Community Ties: Build strong local connections and lead community engagement initiatives.Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and equipment upkeep.Act as a Hands-On Leader: Lead by example in both the Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) operations, What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced environmentDrive-thru experience is a big plus!A motivated, people-focused leader who thrives in high-energy, high-volume settingsA hands-on leadership style with the energy to lead from the front. A people first mindset with a competitive spirit and “can-do” attitudeBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusAble to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for long shifts (up to 10 hours)Able to bend, stretch, and reach for objects at various heights.What You’ll Get:
