Renew Aesthetics is an established aesthetics practice with a strong patient base and consistent demand for injectable and skin treatments. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing practice.
This provider will play a key role in delivering exceptional aesthetic care while helping patients look and feel their best through personalized treatment plans and advanced non-surgical procedures.
The ideal candidate combines clinical expertise, aesthetic artistry, and a strong commitment to patient experience. This role involves conducting aesthetic consultations, performing cosmetic procedures, educating patients on skincare and treatment options, and building long-term relationships with patients.
Providers are encouraged to utilize their clinical expertise and aesthetic judgment when designing personalized treatment plans.

Our practice offers a full range of advanced aesthetic services including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser treatments, medical-grade skincare, hormone optimization, and medical weight loss.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and aesthetic evaluationsDevelop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and expectationsPerform non-surgical aesthetic treatments including: Botox and other neuromodulators
• Dermal fillers
• Laser treatments
• Chemical peels
• Other aesthetic procedures as trainedProvide education on skincare, maintenance treatments, and preventative careEnsure safe treatment practices and maintain strict compliance with medical and regulatory standardsMaintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and proceduresConduct follow-up appointments to monitor outcomes and patient satisfactionStay current on emerging aesthetic technologies, products, and best practicesCollaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient careContribute to practice growth through excellent patient relationships and retention
Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in ArkansasExperienced aesthetic injectors strongly preferred.Minimum 1 year experience in aesthetic medicine requiredExperience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers requiredExperience with hormone replacement therapy requiredExperience in medical weight loss programs preferredStrong consultation skills and ability to develop personalized treatment plansExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, ethics, and patient carePassion for aesthetics and ongoing learning
