    POSITION SUMMARY: The Overnight Hotel Ambassador serves as the primary contact for guests during overnight hours, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-managed environment while performing night audit functions, property walks, and light operational support. This role requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual capable of working independently while maintaining excellent guest service standards. They will coordinate with other departments as needed, and uphold Oxford’s cleanliness and service standards. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently will ensure a smooth transition from one business day to the next while maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for guests.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties and responsibilities of this position are to be performed with exceptional care and genuine guest service upholding the Oxford Collection of hotels standards and culture at all times.

    Guest Service & Night Audit (30%):Greet and assist all guests in a professional, courteous manner providing expert level recommendationsOutwardly present yourself as courteous and professional, by wearing a proper uniform and engaging with customers as needed.Maintain availability and knowledge to cover all audit duties, covering shifts and all meal and rest breaks as needed including hotel financial transactions, balancing room charges, cash receipts, and credit card postingsPrepare and distribute daily reports to managementHandle guest complaints, requests, and emergencies in accordance with hotel policies.Exercise strong judgment during periods of low staffing to prioritize guest and property safety.

    Perform all tasks in compliance with federal, state, local, food safety and sanitation requirements and Oxford Collection of hotels safety standards and security procedures. Be knowledgeable about and able to respond to emergency situations. Report any maintenance repairs needed immediately to their supervisor or General Manager.

    Property Walks & Safety (35%):Conduct regular property walks (interior and exterior) to ensure guest comfort and safetyObserve and report all hotel safety issues, actively maintaining a safe distance and avoiding any actions that put your or the guest at riskAbility to contact authorities as needed, being aware of and following hotel safety guidelines and procedures Respond promptly to guest or staff emergencies and follow proper incident reporting protocolsSecure doors, exits, and restricted areasMaintain knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in evacuations if neededOperational Support (30%):Assist with guest requests such as delivering items, providing directions, or addressing basic room concernsAssist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure of the hotelCross training in other departments and shifts supplying for coverage as neededPerform light tasks to support operations (e.g., stocking supplies, organizing storage areas)Report maintenance or safety issues to the General Manager or Maintenance team promptlyProvide support for early morning arrivals or departures to ensure smooth transitions between shifts

    Other (5%):

    Complete a daily activity log with pertinent shift information for co-workers and leadership team Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for scheduled shiftsMay participate in the drivers program or other hotel-related duties as assigned

    POSITION SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the House Person is to maintain and sanitize the public areas of the hotel, respond to guest requests, and may provide guest transportation. Public areas include the hotel lobby, restrooms, gift shop, guest laundry area, employee break room, pool area, exercise room, business center, stairwells and hallways, outside entrances, and parking. This position may be responsible for transporting guests to and from the airport or other requested destinations.

    Public Area Cleaning and Sanitizing (70%):

    Perform daily and ongoing cleaning of public areas, including the lobby, restrooms, gift shop, guest laundry area, employee break room, pool area, exercise room, business center, stairwells, hallways, outside entrances, and parking areasEnsure all areas are clean, orderly, dusted, vacuumed, and trash is removedMaintain outside areas by picking up trash, cleaning ashtrays, and policing the dumpster areaStock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants; may include taking supplies directly to room attendantsEmpty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trashClean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors; polish and clean mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator doorsMaintain the cleanliness of the hotel van and comply with all food safety, sanitation, safety standards, and security proceduresReport any maintenance repairs as needed

    Perform all tasks in compliance with federal, state, and local food safety and sanitation requirements and Oxford Collection of hotels safety standards and security procedures.     Guest Relations (20%):

    Greet guests with warmth and hospitality, providing directions and assistance as neededAlways provide a high level of customer service, taking time with our guests to ensure every aspect of their stay is up to expectationsEscort guests to rooms if requested, manage luggage, and deliver supplies, flowers, and packagesTransport guests using a company vehicle when necessary

    Other Duties (10%):

    Maintain hotel reader boards, stock the gift shop (if applicable), assist with meeting room setup, and communicate effectively with all hotel staffAdhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for scheduled shiftsMay participate in the drivers program or other hotel-related duties as assigned

    The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing each guests exceptional customer service and creating an excellent first impression and a lasting and memorable experience for each guest of the Oxford Collection of hotels. Focusing on sharing the Oxford Hospitality Fundamentals at every encounter.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner while upholding the Oxford Collection of hotels standards and culture.

    Guest Services (80%):

    POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the hotel’s physical plant and equipment. This role ensures that all systems and equipment function efficiently and that the property remains in optimal condition, meeting safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties and responsibilities of this position are to be performed with exceptional caring and genuine guest service upholding the Oxford Collection of hotels standards and culture at all times.

    Safety & Preventative Maintenance (50%):

    Conduct routine preventive maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, hotel equipment, and carpet care as scheduled under the direction of the Supervisor or Maintenance ManagerFlip mattresses and move furniture as assigned by the supervisorAssist with preventative maintenance tasks such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, and other basic repairs to maintain the hotel and keep the product quality standardRefurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms, such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows, and counters. Paint and finish furniture and fixtures as neededProvide general grounds keeping services such as trash removal, pool and spa maintenance, grounds upkeep, kitchen Equipment cleaning and service, and security roundsMaintain organized work areas and equipment in alignment with sanitation and cleanliness standards whiling ensuring equipment operating logs are up to dateBe knowledgeable about and able to respond to emergency situations

    Assist in maintaining and repair of the exterior and interior of the property Using hand tools; painting or repairing windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structuresTrouble shoot and perform maintenance on hotel systems and equipment including plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipelines, toilets, sinks, kitchen, and laundry equipmentTroubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including air conditioning controls, television sets, and lighting systems, or make minor replacements as neededService the hotel’s pool, including adjusting chemicals, cleaning filters, and maintaining record logsMaintain the building exterior and "curb appeal" (e.g., snow removal, lawn care, painting, and gardening)Stay in touch with the Front Desk, bistro and housekeeping departments regarding guest needs that arise during the shiftAssist property leadership in meeting and exceeding all company benchmarks for preventative maintenance, response time, customer satisfaction, etc.

    POSITION SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to maintain clean and attractive rooms for the guests of Oxford Collection of hotels. This position is responsible for the timely and proper cleaning and sanitizing of the guestrooms on a daily basis.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties and responsibilities of this position are to be performed with exceptional caring and genuine guest service upholding the Oxford Collection of hotels standards and culture at all times.

    Guestroom Cleaning and Sanitizing (80%):

    Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guestrooms. This includes completing all pre-clean duties, including but not limited to guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart setupPerform cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, changing linens, removing trash, and dirty linensChange and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as neededPerform deep cleaning tasks as requiredStock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply carts dailyDispose of trash and recyclables appropriatelyKeep all hallways, public areas, and closets neat and cleanPrepare the housekeeping cleaning cart for the next day’s use and report any guest-borrowed items to the housekeeping supervisor

    POSITION SUMMARY: The Facilities Projects Crew Lead is responsible for leading and actively participating in property improvement and maintenance projects across multiple locations.     POSITION SUMMARY: The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service and light hors d’oeuvres to guests at the Oxford Collection of Hotels’ evening reception or restaurant. This role ensures a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, offering personalized drink recommendations, crafting high-quality beverages, and delivering prompt, attentive service. The Bartender also maintains bar cleanliness, ensures proper stock levels, and upholds all sanitation and alcohol service regulations. They always provide a high level of customer service, taking time with guests to ensure every aspect of their stay exceeds expectations.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties and responsibilities of this position are to be performed with exceptional caring and genuine guest service upholding the Oxford Collection of hotels standards and culture at all times.


    Food and Beverage Service (60%):

    Check the identification of all guests who appear to be under 26 years of ageResponsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to insure product qualityInput orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest, including those served by other beverage servers, to maintain accountability of all beverages servedReceive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and insure vouchers are properly executed, in order to balance all moneysLock up and stores all beverage, food and other equipment items, deposit cash drops and secures bankDisplay knowledge of liquor laws, maintain the attractive presentation and sanitize all areas at least once daily, make suggestions for the reception and drink menus Bus and clean tables after guest use

    Perform all tasks in compliance with federal, state, local, food safety and sanitation requirements and Oxford Collection of hotels safety standards and security procedures. Be knowledgeable about and able to respond to emergency situations. Report any maintenance repairs needed immediately to their supervisor or General Manager.

    Guest Relations (30%):

    Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner as they enter the lounge, exchanging their beverage voucher for a beverage as neededIdentify issues and resolve guest issuesDetect and act on customer inebriation, as trained Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and sensitivity when working with both internal and external guests

    Other (10%):

    Communicate effectively with all hotel staff to ensure smooth delivery of servicesComplete a daily activity log with pertinent shift information for co-workers and leadership teamObtain sales leads for the sales departmentCoordinate with front desk, maintenance staff, Food and Beverage Manager and General Manager on things requiring attention Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for scheduled shiftsOther Hotel related duties as assigned

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Food handler’s license and liquor server permits as required by state law (or ability to obtain)Proof of eligibility to work in the United StatesReliable transportation to and from workAbility to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends and holidaysReliable and consistent attendance

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequentlyMust be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally and often exert up to 20 pounds of force to push, pull, carry, lift or otherwise move objectsMust be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basisWhile primarily an indoor job, must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat)Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside in a variety of weather conditions
