    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Leads client engagements and delivers effective and appropriate investment advice.

    Serves as lead relationship manager to clients or as a co-lead relationship manager for clients with another Managing DirectorServes as back-up MD to relationship manager when neededCommunicates with client in a clear and timely mannerListens well to client issues and complaints; follows up appropriatelyMaintains professional credentials and develops individual technical knowledgeProactively communicates, educates and builds consensus about investments appropriate for clients to considerUnderstands client goals/objectives, time frames and risk tolerancesAssists in implementation of techniques with clients and advisorsMeets with clients regularlyUnderstands Oxford’s FOS and TCO offerings and effectively integrates them into solutions

    Responsible for highly organized practice management activities

    Prepares meeting agendas and reviews meeting files prior to client meetingReturns client phone calls/emails within 24 hoursManages client meeting follow-up letters and oversees delegation within the groupReviews client deliverables for accuracy, timelines and appearanceMasters the Oxford WayEstablishes spirit of teamwork and respect with operational teams within the firmManages and prioritizes workloadEnters time accurately and consistently in TimeTracker systemManages billings with client according to proceduresAttends CIO MD meetings and Joint MD meetings regularly

    Qualifications:

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families. Acting on behalf of the client, the Relationship Manager coordinates efforts between the Managing Director (MD) and service teams across the firm, reviews client reports and analysis, and supports client planning and implementation. Relationship Managers support multiple MDs across the firm’s market locations by enhancing the client experience through a range of servicing and administrative responsibilities, including new client onboarding, account opening, account maintenance, processing cash flows, coordination with third-party vendors and assisting with meeting preparation for client and prospect presentations.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Deliver an excellent client experience

    Operation within the team’s client service strategy to ensure high standard of serviceRespond professionally and provide timely resolution to client inquiries or concernsTroubleshoot client issues and follow through to resolutionCoordinate efforts across all areas of Oxford, as needed


    Prepare client reports and analysis
