The Role
We are looking for highly motivated, self-starters who can work independently as well as in a fast-paced team environment. The Petroleum Construction Foreman will be tasked to lead, manage, and coordinate the construction and installation of petroleum equipment.
OWL Services is located in Mechanicsburg, PA, has been serving the petroleum industry for over 40 years.
Essential Job Functions
Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks to construction workers and sub-contractors as the crew leader while managing and working on the job.Installation of specialty fiberglass or flexible piping systems.Installation of fueling dispensers and systemsInstallation of new sub-base aggregate, compaction with vibratory equipment. Forming and pouring concrete pads, islands, piers and other structures.Demo and removal of concrete / asphalt. Monitor and maintain schedules for workers and sub-contractors; make sure the best skills are applied by each worker and ensure installation requirements are followed accurately and efficiently.Ensure safe work practices are always followed. Ensure safe housekeeping practices are always followed.Brief crew members on daily tasks and direct workers on assigned tasks. Track rental equipment, material needs and use, monitor labor and sub-contractors. Verify accuracy and compliance of tasks in progress to comply with codes, project specifications and manufacturer requirements.Document daily activities, material/parts used, testing, inspections, and visitors. Create and maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to maintain a timely flow of supplies, materials, and sub-contractor workWork with concrete, framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing.Must be able to operate heavy equipment to excavate ditches, tank holes and install equipment.Ability to travel to job sites (may require overnight travel)Requirements

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead and manage field operations for commercial electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for directing all on-site electrical activities, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project plans, specifications, NEC standards, and local authority requirements. The Electrical Superintendent will coordinate closely with Project Managers, general contractors, inspectors, engineers, subcontractors, and utility providers to drive successful project delivery. In addition to overseeing field execution, this role includes mentoring field electricians and developing future leaders within the organization.

ResponsibilitiesField Execution & OversightLead all field electrical operations from mobilization through final energization and turnoverReview electrical drawings, one-lines, panel schedules, specifications, and submittals to identify discrepancies or constructability concernsEnsure installations comply with NEC requirements and local AHJ standardsDirect crews in the installation of conduit systems, feeders, switchgear, panels, transformers, lighting, controls, and specialty systemsCoordinate with utility providers for temporary power, permanent service, and inspectionsScheduling & CoordinationPartner with the Project Manager to develop and manage the master scheduleMaintain two-week look-ahead schedules specific to electrical sequencingCoordinate manpower, material deliveries, and equipment to meet schedule milestonesSchedule and manage all required inspections with local authoritiesSafety & QualityAdminister and enforce the project safety programConduct regular safety meetings and job hazard analysesMaintain strict quality control in accordance with project documents and company standardsEnsure proper testing, commissioning, and documentation prior to energizationMaintain accurate as-built drawings throughout the projectLeadership & CommunicationSupervise and coordinate multi-level electrical crews and subcontractorsConduct weekly jobsite meetings focused on production, safety, and scheduleTrack and follow up on RFIs, submittals, and shop drawingsMaintain daily reports and progress documentationMentor and assist in the development of apprentices and junior supervisorsQualifications
