    Owen Electric Company is seeking an experienced Electrical Preconstruction Superintendent to lead field-driven preconstruction efforts with a strong emphasis on Lean Construction, strategic buyouts, and prefabrication integration.

    This senior leadership role ensures projects are structured for maximum efficiency, minimal waste, and predictable execution. You will play a critical role in aligning estimating, operations, project management, VDC, and field leadership to develop execution strategies that support large-scale commercial, industrial, and hyperscale data center projects.

    This position directly influences how projects are built, before construction even begins.

    Lean Construction Leadership

    Champion Lean Construction principles across preconstruction and project startupDrive strategies that improve workflow efficiency, reduce waste, and increase field productivity

    Prefabrication Strategy & Integration
