    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our Commercial Electrical Project Management team. The ideal candidate will be eager to grow in their career and contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale electrical construction projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist Project Managers with daily coordination and administrative tasksTrack project timelines, budgets, and deliverablesMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, RFIs, and submittalsSupport procurement efforts, including material tracking and vendor coordinationCoordinate with field supervisors to ensure site needs are metHelp prepare change orders, progress reports, and schedulesParticipate in project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholdersQualifications:3+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction or project coordinationStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and specificationsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksElectrical field experience required

    As our Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful completion of electrical construction projects from start to finish. You will oversee all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of resources. You will work closely with our clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    Requirements:
     

    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project managementStrong knowledge of electrical systems and construction methodsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and project management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team

    Proficiency in project management software

You must be thorough and apt in managing relationships with key persons. 5 Years experience in commercial new construction electrical estimating required. 

    Responsibilities

    Understand the project/program and its requirementsDetermine key variables for cost and other estimatesGather first-hand information from sites, warehouses or other venuesConduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times etc.Use software for data analysis, forecasting and budgetingObtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendorsPerform risk analysisCreate and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, bidding competitions etc.)Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.)Provide consultation on planning (schedules, manpower needs etc.)
