    Role

    We are seeking dependable and hardworking team members to join our crew as a Landscape / Lawn Care Technician. This position can range from mowing-focused work to more detailed landscape maintenance depending on experience.

    Whether you’re experienced or looking to grow, this role offers the opportunity to work on clean, professional properties and be part of a team that takes pride in quality work.

    Responsibilities

     • Perform full-service landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
     • Trim shrubs and small trees with proper technique to maintain long-term plant health and appearance
     • Complete seasonal clean-ups and general property upkeep
     • Replace and adjust sprinkler heads and nozzles as needed
     • Assist with small landscape projects such as plant installs, bed improvements, and minor upgrades
     • Maintain a clean, professional appearance across all properties
     • Operate commercial equipment including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
     • Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues
     • Follow company safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team

    Qualifications

    • Experience in landscape maintenance is a plus (training available)
    • Experience operating commercial mowing equipment is a plus (training available)
    • Experience with shrub trimming and general landscape care is a strong plus
    • Basic familiarity with irrigation components (heads/nozzles) is helpful but not required
    • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
    • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
    • Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

    Pay: $30.00 per hour


    Role
    We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to lead their crew on landscape installation projects. This position is responsible for leading and executing day-to-day landscape construction activities in the field, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within estimated labor hours, and to company quality standards.

    Our projects range from complete new landscape installations and property transformations to irrigation systems, grading, drainage, retaining walls, planting, and other landscape improvements. The ideal candidate is a strong working leader who can keep projects moving, maintain high-quality workmanship, and work alongside their crew to get the job done right.

    Responsibilities
    Lead by example as the working leader of a landscape construction crew
    Perform and assist with all aspects of landscape construction alongside the crew
    Read and interpret landscape plans, layouts, and project specifications
    Install and oversee landscape improvements including irrigation systems, grading, drainage, planting, sod, decorative rock, mulch, and related features
    Assist with hardscape and structural landscape features such as retaining walls, block walls, paver installations, edging, and similar projects
    Operate equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, compact equipment, and other construction tools
    Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
    Keep the crew productive and focused throughout the workday
    Train crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and job site safety
    Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
    Track materials and communicate job site needs to management as necessary
    Identify field challenges and work with the crew to find practical solutions
    Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and within estimated labor hours

    Qualifications
    Previous landscape construction experience required
    Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
    Experience with landscape installation, grading, irrigation, and general construction practices
    Ability to operate landscape construction equipment safely and efficiently
    Ability to read plans and execute projects accurately
    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    Strong work ethic and attention to detail
    Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment up to 75 lbs
    Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
    Valid driver's license preferred
    Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
