We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Aide to provide 1:1 supervision and transportation support for an adult individual receiving Regional Center–related services. This role supports safe community access while promoting health, safety, dignity, and behavioral stability.
Compensation:
• $250 per day (includes overtime)
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide continuous 1:1 supervision during transport and community activities
• Implement behavior support strategies and approved de-escalation techniques
• Support the individual in a manner that promotes dignity, respect, and independence
• Safely transport the individual between San Jose and Monterey
• Accurately document incidents, behaviors, and observations in accordance with program requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with significant behavioral or mental health support needs
• Background in behavioral health, psychiatric services, ABA, or related human services field preferred
• CPI / Crisis Prevention certification strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background clearance as required by Regional Center vendors
