  American Montessori Society-verified for more than 22 years, Our World Montessori is seeking a full-time Assistant Teacher to support children ages 18 months to 6 years in a peaceful, engaging learning environment.

  No Montessori experience is required — we are happy to train the right candidate.

  Schedule

  Full-timeMonday–Friday9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

  What You’ll Do

  As an Assistant Teacher, you will:

  Support the Head Teacher in maintaining a calm, nurturing classroomHelp children develop independence, confidence, and social skillsAssist with classroom organization and daily routinesBuild positive relationships with children, families, and coworkersContribute to a respectful and collaborative school culture

  Qualifications

  Required:

  High school diplomaMinimum age of 18Legal authorization to work in the U.S.Experience working with young children

  Preferred:

  Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
