About the Role:
Join Our Kids Child Development Center as a Floater, where you will play a vital role in supporting our dedicated team and nurturing the growth of young minds. Responsibilities:
Support teachers in daily classroom activities and maintain a safe, engaging environment.Assist in implementing educational programs and activities tailored to children's developmental needs.Supervise children during playtime, meals, and transitions to ensure safety and well-being.Provide individualized attention to children, fostering their social and emotional growth.Help maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and play areas.Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress and needs.Adapt to various classroom settings and age groups as needed to ensure smooth operations.Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing environments.First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.Passion for early childhood development and nurturing young learners.Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality care.Background check clearance required for all employees.About Us:
