    In this Sales Associate role, reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for growing our brand awareness in this new market, developing a strong business and leading a team of fashion enthusiasts, with a focus on client experience.

    Your main responsibilities will be:

    The Sales Associate assists with the achievement of store goals and is responsible for personal sales goals by providing excellent customer service at all times and by representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.Maintain thorough understanding of all aspects of company history, customer service, product knowledge and policy and procedures.Provide best individual performance in line with Diesel customer service, visual merchandising, merchandising guidelines and standards.Perform all Omni Channel Service and Initiatives

    The Client Advisor is responsible for contributing to the store's sales performance by building lasting client relationships through mastery of product knowledge and selling ceremonies.     Role and Responsibilities
    Sales
    • Reach and surpass monthly sales goals as determined by Management.
    • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all products in assigned Product category and keep up-to-date on all Product categories in Store.
    • Manage sales and optimize each step of sales process ensuring all clients receive highest degree of sophistication and enjoyable service possible and foster development of loyal shoppers: Welcome and know regular customers.

    Customer Service
    • Strong customer service skills to provide courteous and precise customer satisfaction.
    • Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing capabilities.
    • Follow-up with clients through telephone calls, letters, cards and special announcements keep book of clients including sales records, records of all client preferences, colors, sizes and styles as well as records of clients' life events (birthdates, etc.)
    • Align with style and qualitative standards of the Brand throughout Sales and post-sale process.
    • Take full advantage of all contacts with customers in the Store and promote both the Brand and Product.
    • Collaborate with other colleagues to achieve business objectives.

    Overview:

    The Project Manager of Store Planning and Construction will lead project delivery for OTB Group North America initiatives, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality. This role requires strategic thinking combined with hands-on management to oversee the daily execution of project plans. The Project Manager is responsible for clear and consistent communication with key stakeholders-including Store Management, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations-on project timelines, budgets, and potential business impacts.

    Responsibilities:

    Strategy Development and Alignment:
    Provide executive and fiduciary leadership for capital expense budgets, capital expenditure requests. This includes driving compliance with all internal processes, procedures, governance, and controls related to real estate and construction projects.Coordinate and manage drawing sets and milestones from schematic and design development, and construction documents. Review drawings and conduct page turns at milestones.Establish competitive bidding, contract administration and project related legal and financial controls. Build proper bid books, cost plans, forecasts, budget history and issue POs for a proper project buyout.Oversee construction.Ensure weekly OAC meetings are conducted and documented.Communicate Development and Construction core strategies and priorities to leadership, cross-functional partners, franchisees, and other strategic partners.Manage capital accountability, forecasting, savings, and efficiency for team projects. Gain approval for capital spending and budget allocations.Oversee key dates and documents related to projects, programs, and leases to ensure deadlines are met.Leverage project resources of architects, supplies, and GC's to achieve project schedules.Review and negotiate work letters with LL and conduct initial site reviews.Agility to adapt the lifecycle to achieve quicker openings.Close out project in 90 days after store opening for all vendors and supplies.Travel as required to conduct site visits during the lifecycle of the project.
    Strategic Execution:
    Lead the team through strategic planning, negotiations, and implementation.Review negotiated deals and construction projects for quality, schedule, budget, and compliance.Review team status reports to prioritize and expedite requests and issues, ensuring timely completion and documentation.Provide accurate reporting on team progress to the executive team and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
    Partnership Management:
    Regularly visit completed projects with members of Interior Design, Store Planning and Retail to perform post-opening project audits. Identify areas of needed improvement and institute changes to store design, project development & delivery, materials, and suppliers.Identify regional/local resources, materials, suppliers for cost and schedule efficiencies. Work in collaboration with each Interior Design team to propose and implement programs to exploit efficiencies.Partner with Retail Operations, Real Estate teams and Interior design teams, to define priorities and resourcing for efficient openings, remodeling, and special projects.Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external partners, architects, millworkers, general contractors and various vendors.Assess vendors for quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness, supporting vendors in identifying new approaches and improving efficiencies.
    Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate will be a service-oriented, self-starting, proactive, highly responsible, and organized go-getter with an enthusiastic attitude.
    Bachelor's degree in architecture, or Construction Project management3 - 4+ years of experience within a store planning/design/construction environment Experience collaborating with vendors and consultants in the North America market, including Mexico.Effective communication and managerial skillsExceptional computer skills required in Microsoft Office including Project, AutoCAD, ProCore, and other appropriate software.Knowledge of ADA codesStrong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills with internal and external teams.Strong technical ability including report creation.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize.Strategic problem solver who recognizes opportunities and can influence decision makers to move to execution.Must possess high level of analytical skills and conceptual creative ability.Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
