    Sr. Fielding Support / Network Engineer

    Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position:

    The Fielding Support / Network Support Engineer provides technical engineering and operational support for the fielding, integration, configuration, and sustainment of training, simulation, instrumentation, and networked systems in support of Government programs. This role supports both pre-deployment preparation and on-site fielding activities to ensure systems are installed, configured, tested, and operational in accordance with contractual requirements and Government standards.Responsibilities include supporting system fielding events, coordinating site readiness activities, and performing network configuration, troubleshooting, and performance validation. The engineer assists with integration of hardware, software, and network components; supports system setup, checkout, and verification; and resolves technical issues impacting system availability or performance.The Fielding Support / Network Support Engineer provides on-site and remote network support, including configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, servers, and associated network infrastructure. The role supports secure network connectivity, data flow, and interoperability in compliance with Government cybersecurity and information assurance requirements.Additional duties include supporting Government Acceptance Testing (GAT), site acceptance activities, and field exercises; documenting configurations, issues, and resolutions; supporting after-action reviews and lessons learned; and coordinating with program offices, engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and contractors to ensure successful fielding and sustainment.

    Requirements (Years of experience, Education, Certifications):

    Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience supporting fielding, networking, or systems integration activitiesDemonstrated experience with:Network configuration, troubleshooting, and sustainmentFielding and integration of networked systemsHardware and software installation and checkoutSupporting on-site technical operations and field eventsActive Secret security clearance Must be authorized to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)

    Additional Requirements

    Ability to travel in support of fielding events and on-site operations

    Experience supporting DoD or Army training and simulation environmentsFamiliarity with Government fielding processes and acceptance testingKnowledge of network security, information assurance, and RMF conceptsExperience operating in deployed or field environments

    Systems Engineer / Test Engineer / Instrumentation Engineer

    Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position:

    The Systems Engineer / Test Engineer / Instrumentation Engineer provides engineering, integration, test, and validation expertise for enterprise-level systems, processes, and capabilities. The individual supports the design, integration, testing, and performance assessment of enterprise solutions that enable transformation across people, processes, data, and technology. Responsibilities include analyzing enterprise requirements and operational needs; supporting system-of-systems architecture development; and integrating capabilities across platforms, applications, data environments, and stakeholders. The role supports development and execution of test strategies, test plans, and validation activities to ensure enterprise solutions meet functional, performance, interoperability, and scalability requirements. The engineer supports test planning and execution for enterprise integrations, including interface testing, data flow validation, performance testing, and user acceptance testing. Instrumentation responsibilities include defining metrics, collecting and analyzing system performance data, monitoring integration outcomes, and validating transformation effectiveness against defined success criteria. Additional duties include supporting technical reviews, readiness assessments, and decision-support analyses; documenting engineering and test results; identifying risks and integration issues; and providing recommendations to improve enterprise performance, efficiency, and reliability. The role collaborates closely with program managers, architects, developers, cybersecurity personnel, and stakeholders to ensure ETI initiatives are implemented successfully and aligned with enterprise transformation objectives.

    Requirements (Years of experience, Education, Certifications):

    Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting systems engineering, integration, testing, or enterprise transformation initiatives within a DoD, Federal, or large enterprise environment Demonstrated experience with: Enterprise systems integration and system-of-systems engineering Test planning, execution, and validation for integrated solutions Metrics definition, data collection, and performance analysis Interface, data flow, and interoperability testing Technical documentation and engineering analysis Active Secret Clearance

    Nice to Have (skills that are not required, but nice to have):

    Experience supporting enterprise transformation, digital modernization, or large-scale system integration programs Familiarity with: Enterprise architecture frameworks Agile or iterative delivery environments Data analytics and performance measurement tools DoD or Federal enterprise IT and transformation initiatives Certifications or training in: Systems Engineering Test & Evaluation Agile, DevSecOps, or Enterprise Architecture

    Agile Program Manager

    Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position:

    Lead and oversee Agile program execution to ensure alignment with the Government’s strategic goals and objectives.Implement and optimize Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) across teams to enhance productivity, transparency, and quality of deliverables.Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure continuous improvement within all Agile teams.Mentor and coach team members and stakeholders in Agile principles, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.Manage dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent Agile projects.Drive Agile transformation initiatives, implementing best practices that scale effectively across large and complex organizations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product owners, developers, analysts, and stakeholders—to ensure consistent communication and delivery.Monitor progress and performance metrics, providing regular reporting and updates to senior leadership and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, including the timely submission and COR approval of Agile PM replacements within 30 days in the event of departure.

    Requirements (Years of experience, Education, Certifications):

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field Master’s preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project or program management (previous PEO STRI SETA contracts do not count toward Agile experience).Proven track record of successfully leading at least three (3) Agile projects from initiation to completion.Demonstrated experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.Experience executing projects that required rapid iteration and feedback loops, such as software development, systems integration, or product management.Familiarity with Agile transformation initiatives within organizations, including scaling Agile practices across enterprise environments.

    Nice to Have (skills that are not required, but nice to have):

    Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification(s).Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential is a plus.
