Job description: The Project Manager is responsible for the life cycle of the projects within the region from turned over meeting to close out. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the execution of our projects by understanding the project, proactively ordering material and projecting man-power in order to perform jobs that meet the project schedule and our budget. Responsibilities: · Knowledge of plans/specs and other construction documents · Knowledge on industry standard including fabrication, installation, codes and regulations pertaining to insulation · Review mechanical, plumbing, and architectural drawings and specifications · Evaluate projects to determine proper materials, applications, and scope of work and cross reference with the estimate/proposal from pre-construction · Create and conduct turnover meetings with project teams in order to review project specifics and to outline a clear path to perform the work meeting the project schedule and our budget · Perform accurate quantity take offs for mechanical
