    Role Overview

    **Must be licensed in a Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Minnesota or Ohio**

    We are seeking a Master's Level Behavioral Health Provider to provide GI focused behavioral services to our adult GI patients. Evidence based interventions include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation strategies (diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychoeducation (brain-gut connection, coping with chronic illness and gut directed hypnotherapy. As a core member of the clinical team, you will have access to ongoing training and support from a GI-focused clinical team (GI/MD, GI-experienced Nurse Practitioners, Registered Dietitians) to help you develop a working knowledge of digestive health conditions (IBD, IBS, GERD, SIBO, etc.) and implement GI focused psychological services. Your role will complement services provided by other members of the care team. Prior experience in the area(s) of GI Psychology and/or Health Psychology in general is preferred but not essential. Our team can provide training, in addition to ongoing consultation and support.

    What you'll do- Key Responsibilities

    In a digital integrated healthcare environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of care providers (including MDs, Dietitians) to provide a comprehensive and coordinated approach to member careUtilize evidenced-based clinical interventions (including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation strategies (diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychoeducation (brain-gut connection, coping with chronic illness) and gut directed hypnotherapy.Complete biopsychosocial assessments to design and implement relevant and concrete goals that support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes related to their GI condition(s).Initiate and maintain health records and encounters in electronic health record and comply with guidelines outlined within company clinical protocols and other related manuals.Participate in professional training activities to maintain licensure and advance knowledge baseParticipate in clinical coordination meetings with other care team membersContribute to company wide development of psychological best practices and feedback to share your professional experience with other team members and further improve member experiences

As the Patient Enrollment & Care Operations Manager, you will lead Oshi's Care Coordination team, owning the patient experience from first contact through ongoing program participation. You will manage a team of Care Coordinators, drive cross-functional projects tied to organization-wide OKRs, and partner with Product, Clinical, and Marketing to continuously improve how patients access and experience care.
