We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Associate to lead proposal-driven business development and firmwide marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field; 8+ years of experience in a proposal-based marketing environment (A/E/C experience preferred); and a proven ability to provide strategic direction, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver detail-oriented, high-quality written and graphic materials. This role partners closely with technical and firm leadership, mentors marketing team members, and helps continuously improve pursuit and marketing processes. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desired, and familiarity with the Cosential CRM database is a plus. Position Responsibilities RFQ/RFP Process Lead proposal (RFQ/RFP) development, including pursuit strategy, win themes, content planning, layout direction, schedule management, and final production; provide strategic input to pursuit teams and coach contributors as needed Market Sector Qualifications Lead development and maintenance of market-sector qualifications; advise technical leaders on positioning; and coordinate with staff to create new project profiles and keep website content current Social Media collaborate with leaders to develop messaging and graphics; manage print and digital communications (including email campaigns); and lead coordination of award submissions Marketing Database Own governance of the marketing content library/database; establish standards for quality and consistency; and ensure assets are current, searchable, and proposal-ready Implement Marketing Initiatives Lead and shape marketing initiatives by developing approach and messaging, setting timelines, and driving execution for white papers, speaking engagements, trade shows, and collateral materials (brochures, books, banners, trade-show materials, business cards, etc.) Presentations Lead development of presentations for marketing efforts and client interviews; advise teams on messaging and flow; and coach presenters to ensure interview readiness Photography Coordinate photography of built work Strategy Partner with the Marketing Manager and Director to develop the annual marketing plan and budget; identify growth opportunities; track performance; and recommend process improvements for pursuits and marketing initiatives Job Requirements/Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field 8+ years in a proposal-based marketing setting, with experience leading pursuits from kickoff through submission A/E/C industry experience is highly desired, including familiarity with RFQ/RFP requirements and interview processes Demonstrated leadership skills, including influencing without authority, collaborating with technical leadership, and mentoring/coaching others Strong proposal leadership capabilities: ability to set pursuit strategy/win themes, guide content development, and perform high-level editing for clarity, compliance, and quality Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and ability to set templates/standards for proposal and marketing collateral Knowledge of Cosential CRM database a plus Additional Information Osborn/OSPORTS is looking for a candidate who has the following characteristics: Reliable Team Player Self Starter Positive Attitude Strong Work Ethic Critical Thinker Detail Oriented Innovative Good Communicator All job offers will be contingent on passing a background check.
