Duties & Responsibilities:
· Schedule and release manufacturing plans to meet customer requirements.
· Monitor and adjust the production schedule as required to ensure customer delivery requirements are maintained.
· Review material requirements and coordinate with Purchasing to resolve any material discrepancies.
· Provide Purchasing with forecasted material requirements when required.
· Maintain data in ERP system as necessary.
· Monitor customer min/max inventory levels and enter delivery schedules and work orders as needed.
· Load and remove the customer forecast as required.
· Production control for kitting & min/max programs.
· Requires close collaboration with sales, engineering, procurement and Operations teams.
Qualifications:
· Strong hands on experience and understanding of ERP systems.
· Prior experience with production scheduling and load/capacity management required.
· 5+ years’ experience in Manufacturing or Production Planning/Scheduling, Master Scheduling Experience a plus.
· Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes.
· Proven ability in advanced Excel Skills is a must.
· Collaborative, data driven, and curious personality to help with continuous improvement activities
· Experience with Epicor Kinetic (ERP) is a plus
· Basic Experience or understanding of SQL is a plus
