    Make sure telephone is answered according to company policy.

    Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.

    Utilize electronic outside purchase order ledger to ensure special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently and according to procedure.

    Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed in an efficient and friendly manner, refunds are issued accurately using the correct payment methods, and returned merchandise is processed or staged in the returns area correctly.

    Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.

    Ensure that Zipline messages are communicated, and Image Maker and merchandising tasks are delegated and completed as assigned.

    Make sure all team members are complying with company policies specifically; adhering to the posted work schedule, changes/deviations are being approved by a member of management, and team members are clocking in/out accordingly.

    Perform all store opening/closing duties, including performing day end procedures, verifying/securing money/deposits according to company policy, preparing bank deposits as needed, ensuring all night security lights are on, locking doors and securing building, arming/disarming security alarms, and checking/securing/locking delivery vehicle(s) parked in a secure designated area.

    Assist the store manager in maintaining the store building, parking lot, exterior signage/lighting, computer hardware, in-store service/test equipment, and delivery vehicles.

    All other duties as assigned.

    SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES

    Required:

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    Directly supervise all Central Station Operators during the 3rd shift.

    Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback in real-time.

    Ensure proper shift coverage and handle call-outs or no-shows.

    Conduct shift briefings and end-of-shift handovers to incoming Senior Alarm Services Specialist.

    Monitoring & Response

    Monitor alarm signals, CCTV, access control systems, and emergency communications.

    Ensure timely and appropriate response to alarms including burglar, fire, panic, environmental, and medical signals.

    Manage escalations and assist with high-priority incidents or customer issues.

    Monitor Driver calls and assist with high priority calls.

    Take all First Alerts, After Hours Risk Management Call and Disaster calls and send appropriate reports.

    Quality & Compliance

    Ensure team adherence to UL, FM, and other applicable regulations and standards.

    Audit operator performance for accuracy and compliance.

    Enforce SOPs and maintain documentation of incidents and shift activities.

    Reporting & Documentation

    Prepare nightly shift reports summarizing events, incidents, and operator performance.

    Document all equipment malfunctions or technical issues encountered during the shift.

    Maintain accurate logs and ensure data integrity in monitoring systems.

    Training & Development

    Support onboarding and training of new operators on 3rd shift.

    Conduct periodic refresher training on emergency procedures and system updates.

    SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE :

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center. Must have legal required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements. Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route, deliver to appropriate store.

    Maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries.

    Responsible for keeping fleet/fuel card, vehicle and keys secure. Must be familiar with accident report guidelines

    Ensure designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest. Deliveries must be made according to set schedule and any delays reported to city delivery supervisor and/or stores remaining on route.

    Project professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations. Communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management.

    Clock in/out according to company policy.

    Check fluid levels, i.e., oil, radiator, transmission, etc., and log mileage prior to operating vehicle each day.

    Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to store manager Ensure fuel tank is filled, lock and secure vehicle at end of day's business. Drive safely and defensively.
