Orbel is seeking a highly motivated, self-sufficient Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to drive customer satisfaction, assist in revenue growth, and coordinate internal sales processes from quote to delivery.

Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Account Growth: Support revenue development by winning new business, understanding customer needs, and recommending tailored product solutions that align with profitability goals while growing accounts.Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a central liaison between internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Production, Finance) and external partners (Outside Sales, Distributors) to share timely information and keep the sales process moving efficiently.Full-Cycle Account Management: Manage the entire customer transaction workflow, including quoting, order entry, shipment monitoring, returns, and proactive issue resolution, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Relationship & Product Advocacy: Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners, advocating for their needs internally and communicating feedback to team members to assist in customer service.Data & Administrative Ownership: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across CRM, ERP, and SharePoint systems; prepare performance reports, support accounts receivable efforts, and complete administrative tasks as assigned.Experience & Technology Requirements:
Minimum five years of experience in inside sales and/or customer serviceProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRMs, and either Teams, Slack, or ZoomAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, using proper grammar and spellingOverall technology proficiency and the ability to learn new software or pick up new tech skills reasonably fastSoft Skills & Personality Requirements:

Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machines as necessary.Inspect work pieces to verify conformance to specifications using rulers, templates, micrometers, gauges, calipers, or other measuring instruments to meet customer’s specifications.Perform minor machine maintenance, such as oiling or cleaning machines, dies, or work pieces.Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications, material to be used, and tooling instructions and to plan operational sequences.Position, adjust, and secure stock material or work pieces against stops, or arbors, or in chucks, fixtures, or automatic feeding mechanisms.Start machines, monitor their operations, and record operational data.Test and adjust machine speeds or actions, according to product specifications, using gauges and hand tools.Instruct other workers in machine set-up and operation.Record operational data such as dimensional readings, lengths or frequency of strokes, feed rates, and speeds.Select, install, and adjust alignment of drills, cutters, dies, guides, and holding devices, using templates, measuring instruments, and hand tools.Set machine stops or guides to specified lengths as indicated by scales, rulers or templates.Position, align and secure work pieces against fixtures or stop of machine beds or on dies.Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.Adjust equipment to ensure quality production, using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, protractors, ring gauges, etc.Start up and shut down production equipment.Provide production, progress, or changeover reports to shift supervisors.Clean Maintain equipment and area around workspace.Enter, record store or maintain information in written or electronic form.Perform other tasks as required or directed by supervisor or manager.********** Come join a wonderful team **********
