    Summary/Objective                                                                                                                                                                                                  
    The Coach is responsible for delivering scientifically designed Orangetheory Fitness workouts within OT Group Holdings, LLC studios while creating a high-energy, motivating, and results-driven member experience. This role requires the ability to effectively coach and engage multiple members in a group fitness setting while maintaining strong time management, communication, and motivational skills. The Coach confidently represents the Orangetheory Fitness brand by delivering exceptional coaching experiences, fostering meaningful member relationships, and supporting member retention and engagement. This role partners closely with the studio team to contribute to sales and retention goals, maintain a welcoming and inclusive studio environment, and ensure a seamless member experience before, during, and after classes. The Coach must possess a well-rounded understanding of fitness principles, including endurance, strength, and power training, and effectively utilize Orangetheory programming, technology, and coaching tools to optimize member performance, safety, and results. The Coach reports directly to the Head Coach.

    Education/Requirements:   


    ·        High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    ·        Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience required.
    ·        Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
    ·        Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related client-facing role preferred (0–1 year).
    ·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse members.

Through consistent observation, feedback, coaching, and development, this role ensures coaches deliver exceptional member experiences, execute the Orangetheory Fitness workout as designed, and embody the brand standards that drive member satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Utilizing strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making, the Head Coach monitors key performance indicators, identifies opportunities for operational and team improvement, and implements strategies that enhance coach effectiveness, member retention, studio utilization, and revenue growth. This role is accountable for maintaining fitness excellence, executing company initiatives, and ensuring consistent delivery of the Orangetheory Fitness experience across all classes and member touchpoints.     What You’ll Do:

    AED/CPR certificationMust hold a current fitness certification (or be in the process of obtaining one) from an OTF-approved education entity as follows: ACE (American Council on Exercise), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association), ISSA CPT is also accepted with an NCCPT exam, NCSF (National Council on Strength and Fitness), AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America)- exam must have been completed before October 23, 2023, following recertification will be accepted1-2 years of group fitness or personal training experience preferred
