Orangetheory Fitness is a top trendsetting franchise fitness organization with over 1,000 studio locations open worldwide. We are rapidly growing across the country! Currently seeking qualified trainers and instructors who can deliver a fantastic workout experience to our clients in the University City, Phila and surrounding area. As an OTF Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering scientifically predesigned workouts for up to 24+ clients per class. This position requires a strong ability to coach and manage time while motivating multiple clients in a group setting. Salary is extremely competitive in the industry with compensation incentives tied directly to membership and class attendance levels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver predesigned workouts to groups of 24+ membersEnergize and motivate members throughout the classBuild OTF attendance while retaining and building relationships with current membersEnsure safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise techniqueProvide options and challenges for specific exercises to accommodate various skill levelsTeach a minimum of 6 classes weeklyAttend monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentationsHandle member concerns when applicableAssist sales associates, when needed, with OTF studio tours and salesAdhere to strict cleaning and sanitizing protocolsJOB QUALIFICATIONS
MUST HAVE Current Personal Trainer Certification from select accredited certifying bodies limited ONLY TO: NASM, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NCSF or NSCA2+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industryCurrent CPR/AED CertificationIntermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanicsAbility to multi-task and stay organizedPositive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skillsDesire and capacity to train all fitness levelsJob Types: Both Full-time and Part-time are available
Salary: $25.00 to $85.00 /hour
