    Role Description We are seeking an accomplished Advanced Project Manager with approximately 8 years of experience delivering complex projects in dynamic environments. This role is ideal for a highly skilled project manager who can independently optimize processes and collaborate across teams to drive successful outcomes. You’ll play a key role in execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning strategy into execution, this role is for you. Promote visibility of a portfolio of projects run by others to business leaders. Escalate issues when necessary. Help drive compliance within established timelines. Note: sponsorship is not available for this position. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field. 7-9 years of professional project management experience, including large-scale or complex projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project). Solid understanding of Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies. Requirements PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification. Industry-specific experience in technology, healthcare, or life sciences. Familiarity with change management and process improvement frameworks. Experience working in fast-paced environments.
