The ideal candidate will have a background in technology programs, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to translate architectural work into clear and actionable information for a variety of audiences.
    Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate program execution, including planning, status tracking, risk management, and escalations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support architectural initiatives and portfolio visibility.Manage program financials: contractor rosters, funding sources, business case support, and variance analysis.Develop executive-ready visuals: one-pagers, portfolio overviews, value propositions, workload visualizations.Track technical debt and modernization efforts across the architecture portfolio.Serve as a liaison between architecture, IT, and business units to ensure smooth communication and alignment.Facilitate collaboration across verticals and horizontals within the enterprise.
    Qualifications:5-10+ years of project or program management in technology/IT environments.Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, modernization efforts, and internal tooling (e.g., Apptio, SAP, MS Office).Demonstrated experience working with internal stakeholders and technical teams.High level of maturity, adaptability, and interpersonal awareness.Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments and manage multiple moving parts.Experience building financial models, executive summaries, and organizing stakeholder input.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

    Optomi, in partnership with a leader within the entertainment industry, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a high-impact team supporting studio technology operations onsite in Burbank. In this role, you'll work on a mix of traditional infrastructure projects, ticket management, and tech rollouts in a fast-paced studio production environment. You'll collaborate closely with helpdesk teams, engineering, and post-production groups to ensure technical continuity across multiple concurrent initiatives.
    What You'll Be Doing:Lead 5+ concurrent tech initiatives across IT Infrastructure and Post-Production Engineering.Manage project lifecycles from intake through execution, delivery, and post-mortems.Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives), and manage Agile/waterfall processes.Support stakeholders including live production and studio operations teams.Prioritize and escalate operational tasks, blockers, and resourcing needs.Maintain and present KPI dashboards using PowerBI for executive-level reporting.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of timelines, deliverables, and roadmaps.Serve as resource manager across assigned team(s), forecasting capacity and ensuring velocity.Manage documentation, workflows, and project artifacts using Smartsheet, Visio, and MS Project.
