Position Description:
Supervise UAW employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Daily duties include supervising the processing of all inbound material for putaway, ensuring the processing of all inbound orders for deliveries based on dock grid time. Supervisor must be able to work unsupervised and able to multi-task while not only completing each days goal but also increasing performance and maintaining a safe work environment . Building has a supershift concept with 2 start times at 10:30am and 1:30pm with the inbound operations completed on the 10;30am and outbound on the 1:30pm shift. Supervisor will work the 1:30pm shift and expected to work daily and weekend overtime. Must be willing to work any shift when required. Supervisor should have some warehousing experiencing preferable SAP systems, inventory and working with UAW employees.

Analyze and process complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims by investigating and gathering information to determine the exposure on the claim
Ability to handle a full case load, with proven ability to handle cases of increased severity.

Position Description
