We aspire to aid the growth of our company by welcoming the most qualified and deserving candidates aboard.Position SummaryOptima Medical is looking for a highly organized, people‑focused Office Manager to lead one of our primary care clinic locations. This role oversees daily clinic operations and ensures a smooth, efficient, and patient‑centered experience. The Office Manager will supervise clinical and administrative staff—including Medical Assistants and Front Desk team members—while supporting providers and maintaining workflow efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day‑to‑day operations of the clinic to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional serviceProvide leadership, coaching, and support to Medical Assistants, Front Desk staff, and other clinic support rolesManage staff scheduling, timecards, performance, and general HR‑related tasks for the clinic teamAssist with onboarding and training new employeesEnsure proper use of eClinicalWorks (eCW) and support staff with EMR workflowsMaintain compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and quality standardsMonitor and manage clinic metrics, patient satisfaction, and operational performanceServe as the on‑site point of contact for providers, patients, and corporate departmentsHandle escalated patient concerns professionally and promptlyMonitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to keep the clinic fully operationalSupport initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and overall clinic performanceQualificationsMedical Assistant (MA) certificate or diploma requiredPrior experience in medical office management, healthcare administration, or clinic leadership requiredExperience supervising clinical or administrative medical staff strongly preferredKnowledge of primary care or outpatient workflowsFamiliarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferredStrong communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast‑moving, patient‑centered environmentHigh school diploma required; additional medical or business education a plusWhy Join Our Team?Substantial growth opportunitiesLeadership and mentoringResources to further careerFun work environment (lunches, events, holiday parties)Benefits (medical/vision/dental/401k/paid holidays)Supportive and positive work environment
