Responsible for apartment home make-readies/turns, including but not limited to; painting, faucets, blinds, drains, drawers, smoke detectors, doors, garbage disposal, locks and light bulbs.Turnover vacant units in preparation for future residentsGeneral upkeep of the property and grounds including amenity areasOngoing preventative maintenance with the team to ensure the property remains in top conditionPerform general carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing repairsRecord and maintain files including work order notes, daily logs and on-call sheetsServe on the on-call team, rotating after-hours availabilityComplete resident work order requestsWhat You'll Need
