    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Cyber Intelligence Analyst shall provide intelligence on cyber/EW threats to the BMDS. Assist Cyber Assistance Teams (CATs) whose primary goal is to defeat cybersecurity threats at the source and deter or deny future attacks through tailored mitigation strategies. The analysts shall leverage open source and intelligence community resources and capabilities to understand threat techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTPs) and ascertain threat/attack vectors facing industry and MDS-related networks and systems.
    Cyber Threat Analysis and Mitigation Support:
    Provide intelligence on cyber/EW threats to the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS).
    Assist Cyber Assistance Teams (CATs) in defeating cybersecurity threats and developing tailored mitigation strategies.
    Leverage open-source and IC resources to understand threat techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTPs) targeting industry and MDS-related networks.
    Liaison and Collaboration:
    Coordinate with IC partners to gather cyber intelligence affecting DIB partners, MDS, and specific MDA programs. Liaise with Command Combatant Commands (CCMDs), MDA, and other stakeholders to coordinate cyber intelligence requirements and studies.
    Analysis and Reporting:
    Consolidate threat data to support CAT assessments and post-mission reporting.
    Develop ad hoc reports and products to address emergent requirements and ensure situational awareness.
    Manage the Intelligence Community Request for Information (RFI) process and relay critical intelligence across MDA.
    Intelligence Support and Engagement:
    Respond to ad hoc taskings for cyber/EW threat intelligence.
    Support the Intelligence Requirements Division's Cyber Intelligence Team (CIT) efforts to enhance MDS cybersecurity.
    Present cyber threat intelligence briefings and updates to senior leaders and relevant program offices.
    Risk Assessment and Intelligence Integration:
    Provide cyber threat intelligence support for MDA risk assessments focusing on system spirals and vulnerabilities.
    Develop and submit Priority Requirements (PRs) to address MDA's intelligence needs.
    Product Development and Dissemination:
    Research, develop, and disseminate cyber threat intelligence reports and products.
    Post products on approved portals and distribute intelligence reporting to MDA customers.
    Meeting Support and Exercises:
    Participate in meetings and working groups to provide cyber threat intelligence support.
    Support cyber tabletop exercises (CTTXs), cooperative vulnerability penetration testing (CVPA), and adversarial assessments (AA). Qualification Requirements:
    Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as history, political science, sociology, or other social science disciplines.
    Preferred certifications: Security+ (SEC+), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Network+ (Net+), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
    Minimum 7 years' experience in cyber threat analysis.
    Clearance: Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
    Functional Requirements:
    Execute analytical tasks and utilize relevant techniques and processes.
    Develop or use analytic tools for technical and administrative support activities.
    Work independently or lead teams to resolve problems.
    Apply strong oral and written communication skills.

    Supply Chain/All Source Intelligence Analyst Operational Surveyors, Inc. (OPSurv) is seeking a Supply Chain/All Source Intelligence Analyst to support the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in Washington, D.C. This position requires experience in analysis, production, and briefing intelligence products as well as the ability to interact with senior level leaders. This position includes coordinating with external partners to support HHS and its information needs regarding preparedness, steady state monitoring, and disaster response. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop a wide range of analytical skills and operational planning. MUST have a current TS/SCI security clearance Competencies Background in supply chain, business intelligence, critical infrastructure, insider threat, threat awareness, healthcare, and public health.
    Experience with Supply Chain Risk Management, including one or more of the following: assessing system and component criticality, mapping supply chains, identifying critical suppliers, assessing supply chain threat and vulnerability assessments, conducting risk identification and mitigation, and monitoring mitigation effectiveness over time.
    Ability to conduct open-source research to identify potential disruptions, threats, and vulnerabilities to ASPR equities.
    Ability to identify upstream and downstream suppliers and vendors with ties to nefarious networks or adversaries that could pose a national security threat.
    Have knowledge and understanding of all-source intelligence research and production, open-source and or commercial business due diligence, Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), Cybersecurity, Supply Chain Networks, Logistics or Business Analytics.
    Ability to create clear and concise reports in response to short notice RFIs.
    Able to write, prepare and deliver senior-level presentations and briefings.
    Prepares timely written and oral assessments developed through classified research of theater and national level resources, including databases to include, and not limited to open-source information.
    Work cooperatively, as well as independently, to research, review, interpret, and integrate intelligence data gleaned from monitoring activities from all sources, including classified and non-classified sources, pertaining to public health and preparedness in order to contribute to, or independently produce oral and/or written briefing products for ASPR policymakers.
    Supports the development of processes for researching, analyzing, synthesizing, and disseminating information to support ASPR preparedness and response mission.
    Proficiencies in the following a plus: Microsoft Office, Analyst's Notebook, Tableau, modeling capabilities (such as JEMA), statistical software (such as SAS)
    Working knowledge of subscription databases, such as: Dow Jones Risk & Compliance, S&P Capital IQ, LexisNexis, Bloomberg, Clear, Panjiva, and Sayari
    Experience providing complete analytical products that are ICD-203 compliant
    This position is currently hybrid with 2-3 days in the office. This position is projected to eventually be 5 days a week in the office. Read Less
