  • Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOrganization Summary: Operation Warm is a national nonprofit dedicated to providing warmth, confidence, and hope through basic need programs that connect under-resourced children to the community resources they need to thrive. We manufacture brand-new, high-quality coats, shoes and sports bras for children nationwide. By partnering with compassionate individuals, community organizations, and corporations, we serve Title 1 schools and school districts, Head Start programs, homeless shelters, and other beneficiary organizations serving families in urgent need. Job Summary: The Program Manager (PM) acts as a liaison between program participants to ensure the successful execution of events. The PM is responsible for communicating program expectations with community organizations and corporate partners, ensuring both parties are well-prepared and complete necessary program requirements. PMs assist stakeholders from project initiation to completion. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can deliver high-quality results, ensuring a positive experience for all program participants.The primary goal of the Subaru Loves to Help program is to provide coats and shoes/socks to children living in urgent need situations nationwide through events (most of which are self-run by partners) held in January and February. Based in Texas or Utah, the Program Manager will be responsible for 200 events ensuring stakeholders remain on track. The PM will also assist with event travel in the Mid-West and West Coast regions for another internal team as needed, with up to 20% of the role involved in travel. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Plan and execute tasks to ensure stakeholders adhere to program deadlines.Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, demonstrating exemplary customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly.Lead and execute events, as needed.Adhere to detailed Standard Operating Procedure documents to ensure accuracy in processes.Conduct trainings to ensure stakeholders are thoroughly prepared & equipped with the necessary knowledge to meet program requirements.Maintain accurate account records, monitor reports/dashboards, and log communication utilizing Salesforce.Manage and monitor tasks via Asana to ensure timely completion.Identify and report any deadline conflicts or delays to management.Must be available to travel up to 20% of the time (overnight travel)
    Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human services/social work or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.2-5 years of experience in community outreach or case management, preferably with non-profits or social organizations focused on serving children.Proficiency with systems, ideally Salesforce & Asana.Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in customer success or customer service.Works well in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects, and adept at prioritizing.Operation Warm participates in E-Verify. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
