What You'll Do
Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support)Medication reminders and health observation reportingLight housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionshipTransportation to appointments as assignedDocument care activities accurately in our system of record (AxisCare)Communicate promptly with the scheduling and clinical team on any client changesWhat We Require
Active Georgia CNA certification or demonstrated PCA experience (minimum 1 year)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationSmartphone capable of running care management appsAbility to pass criminal background check and drug screenAvailability for consistent, recurring shifts (we do not operate as on-call only)Professional communication — phone and text responsiveness is non-negotiableVA clients: Must be willing to complete VA CCN credentialing requirements upon offer.

Responsibilities:
Safe transfers and ambulation support
Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Medication reminders
Assist with prescribed physical therapy exercises
Companionship
Light housekeeping and laundry
Transportation to appointments or errands, as needed
Meal preparation and other household assistance
Qualifications:
Caregiver who has experience in assisting clients with limited mobility
Comfortable performing transfers and providing hands-on care
Dependable, compassionate, patient, and attentive to safety
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
