    Responsibilities: Build and evolve a scalable digital audience segmentation practice in collaboration with sales, marketing, and data product teams.Onboard and curate first and second-party data into the DMP, ensuring proper delivery across channels (site, app, email, display, SEM, social, etc.).Design custom audiences using internal data and third-party sources for media plans and RFPs.Manage segment modeling, scoring optimization, and resolve scaling or reliability issues within the DMP.Align segmentation goals with cross-functional teams and ensure successful campaign outcomes.Work with internal stakeholders to generate insights that enhance customer acquisition and lifetime value.Support test-and-learn initiatives throughout the campaign lifecycle.Analyze trends using tools like Databricks and SQL to optimize campaign performance.Monitor performance metrics and resolve or escalate data issues as needed.Stay current on AdTech, MarTech, and consumer behavior trends to identify new opportunities.Requirements: Experience in digital media analytics, campaign operations, or audience strategy.Hands-on experience with DMPs such as Permutive, Lotame, Adobe Audience Manager, or Oracle BlueKai.Strong knowledge of 3rd party data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Epsilon, Acxiom).Familiarity with advertising and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Optimizely, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager).Working knowledge of Databricks and SQL.Understanding of programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB) environments.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.Strategic thinker with a passion for data and storytelling.
