Or similar clinical education (EMT, LPN, RN) Minimum of 3 years of experience as a medical assistant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role. Experience working in an OBGYN or women’s health clinical setting highly preferred. Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations. Proven ability to resolve problems independently and manage clinical operations effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or higher in a health-related field.
